My name is Chris Chiu and I develop games privately and professionally. I have worked in the games industry as a programmer at Sproing (now Purple Lamp Studios) and as a Senior 3D Developer at Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH. I have also worked as a research assistant at the Multimedia Information Systems Group at University of Vienna, Faculty of Computer Science.
I graduated in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Graphics at the University of Technology Vienna (TU Wien) with a MSc/Dipl.Ing. degree.
I am currently a freelancer developing content creation software for the entertainment industry.
My interests include game development, realtime computer graphics (both technology and arts), audio and computer-based music. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, photography, and playing with cats and dogs.
Due to me currently living in Taiwan, this blog will focus a lot on Taiwan, its must-see hotspots and must-eat foods!
